GSA 8(a) STARS III CONTRACT AWARD

Spencer Cole, LLC (SPENCER COLE) proudly announces our award as a Prime contractor on the GSA 8(a) STARS III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

8(a) STARS III is a pre-competed, multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting vehicle (CV) designed to provide technology solutions to Federal agencies from vetted and qualified 8(a) small businesses. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is designated as a Best in Class (BIC) CV which will provide Federal Government agencies an easy-to-use, streamlined procurement solution to purchase information technology services from 8(a) Prime contractors – saving the agency both time and money. Requirements that align with other IT services NAICS codes are within the scope of the STARS III GWAC. These NAICS codes include, but are not limited to 541511, 541513, 541519, and 518210. The comprehensive fourth generation GWAC incorporates focus on emerging technologies (ET) as well as performance Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS).
